Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase from Duke & Jae. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back to us without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll work quickly to assess the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction.
